Murgence is a combination of three businesses all under one umbrella. We have taken Retained Executive Search, Strategic Consulting and Private Equity and put them together into one corporation for the benefit of our clients and stakeholders.

Retained Executive Recruiting focuses on the personality and bringing management teams together that build and grow an organization. Strategic Consulting looks at the market and how to bring a product to a particular market, get it manufactured and specific issues to help a business grow to a specific stage or through a particular issue. Private Equity is additional capital to help these businesses build and grow.

So our idea is to use our expertise as Executive Recruiters, Strategic Consultants and Private Equity Professionals to help each other across all lines of our business. Our goal is to add a new dimension to existing business practices.
