Adron Porter is a Sr. Strategic Consultant with Murgence and our International Development Specialist. He is highly regarded as a facilitator and consultant and specializes in helping organizations increase sales, communications, productivity, customer service and profitability. Adron has traveled extensively and has experience working with international businesses, large and small.

Adron consults with organizations in both the United States and internationally, regarding organizational development and communication, strategic planning and diversification. His successes have been in identifying key personnel in the fields of bio-engineering and materials research and development.

Adron, a graduate of UC San Francisco, served as an officer in the US Navy. He began his professional career as a human resources officer with Bank of America. Adron has experience in identifying personnel that make a company productive. He has been in executive search/consulting since 2003, joining our team in December, 2006.
