His team’s global reach and influence span across Asia/Pacific, Europe and all of North America.

Brandon began his career in the executive search business at RWJ & Associates which is a subsidiary of Express Staffing, the 3rd largest privately held staffing company in the world. He was ranked as the 3rd highest producing recruiter within their business and built their engineering practice focusing on the Digital and Mechanical recruiting niche. His success includes such clients as Intersil, Airgo Networks, Semtech, Alpha & Omegi Semiconductor, Credence Systems, Texas instruments and Power Integrations, just to name a few. His reference list and successful search formula in the competitive Silicon market place stand out due to his technical competency, training and avid thirst for knowledge in this specialty.

This true passion sets him apart from others in the search industry where his interest in integrated chip design via his IEEE membership, avid conference attendee track record at the Fabless Semiconductor Association (FSA), International Solid State Circuit Conference (ISSCC), RFIC Conference and the Custom Integrated Circuit Conference (CICC) and thorough patent and publication research practice set his knowledge base above his competition.
Mr. Coates received his BA degree at Portland State University. He is an active member of the IEEE. He served in the United States Air Force as a member of the elite 65th Airlift Squadron which is a division of the Pacific Air Fleet. His specialty was based in Water Survival Training and Air Crew Life Support.
