Chuck Pearson is the CEO of Murgence Corporation, a leading executive search, consulting and investor search firm. The executive search group specializes in C Level executives and BOD members, and has an alliance of partners in a search network with global reach. Chuck also focuses on the consulting group and Investor Search opportunities in semiconductor, display and clean technology areas internationally.

Chuck has been a driving force in the continual reshaping of the executive recruiting industry. Under his leadership, we have become one of the top recruiting firms in the Semiconductor and Display industry. He has placed CEO’s nationally and internationally and is an expert in his field. Currently Chuck Pearson is a Director of SID, Society of Information Displays , the worldwide membership chair, audit chair, and one of the program chairs for the SID sponsored "Americas Display Engineering and Applications Conference” held yearly in October.

Some of the conferences he attends on a worldwide basis each year include Red Herring’s ETRE, the two major SID events and several Fabless Semiconductor Events including ISSCC and RFIC. In 2006 Chuck received the president’s award for his contributions to SID.

His focus within Murgence is expanding the domains into telecommunications, financial services, life sciences and information services.

A significant portion of Chuck’s time is spent meeting Board members and CEO’s of technology companies in order to fill their top level positions. Chuck’s success lies in the additional value created by his candidates for the stakeholders.

A native of Valhalla, New York, Mr. Pearson received his bachelor’s degree at Kings College in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania graduating magna cum laude. He received his Masters at The Merrill-Palmer Institute, a Ford foundation institute, in Detroit, Michigan. He has been a Certified Personnel Consultant since 1978.
