Dick brings experience in general management, and marketing to his executive search practice. He has managed searches covering a variety of industries involving technology businesses including hardware, software, consumer and semiconductor products. He has also developed an extensive non-profit practice.
Since 1981, He has conducted senior executive search assignments for a number of large organizations as well as new venture companies. These searches have focused on chief executive / general management positions in addition to functional opportunities in marketing, finance, engineering and manufacturing.
Dick is also responsible for the Senior Level Human Resource Practice. Utilizing both internal resources and his vast network of contacts, Dick believes in partnering with his clients to find the right candidate for the right job, in the shortest amount of time.

Prior to entering the executive search industry, Dick held positions as Manager of Marketing for the General Electric/Honeywell Large Computer business; Vice President, Marketing for ITT Courier, and President of Inter-Tel Communications.
He has been a member of the board of directors of several business and civic organizations. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Arizona Technology Incubator and Ballet Arizona.
Dick graduated from Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Business Administration degree. After four years of varsity football, he served as a First Lieutenant and Platoon Leader with the Second Armored Division in Germany.
