Fred Hammett is President of the Murgence consulting practice and previously was Founder and President of IMAD (International M & D). IMAD was set up to help Companies Bridge the span between North America and Asia in new technologies, intellectual property, their development through to distribution; most specifically in "supply chain" completion for Display, Image handling and Telecommunications.

Fred spent his first twenty years in various management positions with Hewlett-Packard, and has since been working with and/or heading up a number of turn-around and start up companies.

Fred has held a number of executive positions with companies in various technology fields. For the last nine years he has concentrated in Information, Image Display and Telecommunications. He has worked with these companies to set up realistic, achievable yet rewarding goals through well thought out and planned goals. This is achieved through identification of core competencies and augmenting these internal ones with external ones that set up a company to succeed and realize their full potential.

Fred has been working in the international arena for over twenty-five years and for the past seven years assisted a number of companies to realize their full potential in the market place, bringing to them the same insight and skill sets that he had successfully brought throughout his career.
