Prior to joining Amhurst Gordon International in 2004, Grace has accumulated more than a decade of executive search experience with public-listed search firms - Morgan & Banks and the TMP Group. With a passion for the hi-tech and communications industries, Grace has built a successful search career working with both large multinationals as well as young start-up firms, executing the Asia Pacific business strategy for her clients by putting in place the best suited talent for the leadership team. A seasoned search consultant, she was also instrumental in building up the Technology Practice at Amhurst Gordon's subsidiary - Agiley - from its infancy into a team of profitable consultants. Her team has also delivered on numerous successful projects for clients across the region in SEA, North Asia and South Asia.

Today, Grace is the Managing Partner for Amhurst Gordon International where she is responsible for shaping the growth of the company as an international executive search firm with offices in Asia, Europe and the US.

Armed with a strong work ethic and execution ability, Grace is known for her strong delivery capability and high quality consulting work with both clients and candidates. This has resulted in many customer referrals and repeat business from satisfied customers. Grace holds a Bachelor of Communication (Honours Degree and Graduate with Cum Laude) from the University of Ottawa, Canada. Her personal track record boasts a long list of senior executives and managerial placements in the technology sector where she boasts an extensive network.
