The purpose of the project is to reduce the investment risks by sharing the findings and feedback on our Human Capital Due Diligence process from angel investors, investment bankers and several key venture capitalists.

The problem is the most common cause of failure in start-ups is poor management and a lack of a consistent process in doing human capital due diligence for investors.

The current focus of investment due diligence is on Product, Market and Money … not People. Put them all together and they equal a higher ROI for the stakeholders.
